EMPLOYEE ASKED AUGER OPERATOR TO RAISE THE JACK ON THE AUGER IN ORDER TO REMOVE A BLOCK OF WOOD SCOTCHING THE JACK AND AUGER. THE AUGER OPERATOR LET THE AUGER DOWN AND THE DOWN PROESSURE CAUSE D THE BLOCK OF WOOD TO FLY OUT AND HIT THE EMPLOYEES LEFT KNEE.
