EMPLOYEE WAS BUILDING A ROAD ON THE STRIP JOB AND AS HE WAS BACKING THE DOZER WHICH HE WAS OPERATING THERE WERE SOME ROCKS BEHIND HIM WHICH HE DID NOT SEE. WHEN THE DOZER BACKED UPON TO THE RO CKS IT CAUSED A WRENCH TO THE LOWER BACK.
