EMPLOYEE LIFTED HIS WELDING SHIELD WHILE WELDING ON TIPPLE TO CHECK HIS WELD, WHEN HE SLIPPED AND STRUCK AN ARK WITH THE WELDING ROD. BOTH EYES ARE BURNED FROM THE ARC. DAMAGE WAS MINIMAL, T HE EMPLOYEE SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT 7-16-92 AND RETURNED TO WORK ON 7-17-92.
