THE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO INSTALL A FALSE ROOF IN THE 300 NETURAL TRACK AREA. THERE HAD BEEN A PREVIOUS FALL BEEN CHEARED AND REBOLTED. THE FALL WAS APPROX 106'X20'X24'H. A PIECE OF ROCK APPROX 36"X22"X4" FELL FROM BETWEEN THE BOLTS STRIKING A SUPPORT BEAM, THEN STRIKING EMPLOYEE ON THE LEFT LEG AND FOOT.
