Cutting metal platting plate flexed upwards strking miner in the face injuring nose, and mouth area requiring stiches.
Employee was pushing shot rock to the 1800 excavator when one track of the D 10 bulldozer he was operating climbed on top of a large rock. When backed off the rock the dozer fell quickly causing the employee to hit his head and shoulder against the cab of the dozer.
Employee was running a D5G Dozer. Was working on underbrush in the valleyfill, was helping the 330 excavator, when a rock got under the dozer and turned him over. He went over a 20' ledge landing on its top, then rolling back onto its tracks. He has a small cut to the right side of his head and some pain in his left shoulder.
Employee was pushing with the D5 Cat Dozer. While backing up, he ran into a tree causing the dozer to shake very hard. He said he hit so hard it caused pain in his neck. He didn't feel like he needed to go have it checked, he just applied heat to it, said he just wanted to file it in case it got worse.
