EE WAS PUSHING COAL INTO FEEDERS UNDER COAL PILE-COAL BRIDGED AND EE BACKED INTO HOLE WHEN THE BRIDGE FELL IN. HE FELL BACKWARDS 40-60 FT AND THEN COAL COVERED UP THE CAT.
