EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A SLOPE WITH DOZER (RECLAMATION) - WHILE PUSHING DOWN HILL HE RAN OVER A ROCK. THIS TILTED DOZER CAUSING OPERATOR TO LURCH FORWARD. AS HE TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF HE INJU RED RIGHT HAND ON ONE OF THE CONTROL LEAVERS. THERE WAS NO LOST TIME UNTIL 2-13-97.

EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING DRILL TO RESET FOR NEXT DRILL HOLE. WHILE IN PROCESS OF MOVING HE PLACED HIS HAND ON CAB WAL AND INADVERTENTLY PLACED THUMB IN DOOR JAMB, THE DOOR SWUNG CLOSED ON THUMB CAU SING INJURY.
