THE INDIVIDUAL WAS BEING TASK TRAINED ON THE FLETCHER ROOF BOLTER. THE BOOM OF THE MACHINE CAME TO THE LEFT STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT KNEE. THIS CAUSED HIM TO TWIST TO HIS LEFT SHARPLY, PULLIN G THE TENDON IN HIS LEFT KNEE.
