EE, A ROOF BOLT MACHINE OPERATOR, WAS PUTTING UP A 4' ROOF BOLT WHICH HAD TO BE BENT BEFORE IT COULD BE INSTALLED. AS THE BOLT WAS BEING INSTALLED, THE HEAD OF THE BOLT CAUGHT HIS RIGHT PINKY FINGER AS HE WAS PUSHING IT UP IN THE HOLE. HIS FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BOLT HEAD AND THE BOLTER HEAD.
