Was helping end loader operator look for leak under machine, machine suddenly dropped pinning between end loader frame & mine floor. Cause of injury machine not blocked. Compliance with company rules/regulations was a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor. Started missing work 6/8/16.

Employee was trying to break a tail gearbox loose when a bolt from the lifting eye broke striking him above the left eye causing laceration. Employee had sutures above left eye (Medical treatment). Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficency and job skills may have been a factor.
Crew member was operating chainsaw with chaps on, clearing right of way for power line supply of fresh water for prep plant. When cutting saplings the EE made contact with the chainsaw in his left calf causing a laceration req. 10 stitches to close.
Employee was using channel locks to loosen pinner steel to remove from drill pod. Employee accidentally touched the control levers causing the steel to turn striking the employee's left arm causing fracture. PPE and mining equip/systems not a factor. Employee was not paying full attention to task at hand therefore compliance with rules and miner proficiency was a factor.
Employee was in x-cut loading supplies from the side of roof bolter. When the other roof bolter operator tried to raise the ATRS jack he inadvertently made contact with other employee toes of right foot with stab jack. Lost Time as of 12/26/2014

Employee stated he was roof bolting, dropped his steels from the roof and reached for them with his left hand while his right hand was still on the control lever. He stated the motion of reaching caused him to push the lever, pinning his left ring finger between the steels.
EE was operating a dozer when he began to feel a tightening from his neck to his tailbone. He drove down off the coal pile and existed the dozer. The tension became worse so he was taken the the ER by ambulance.
