A SLIVER OF METAL 1/8"X1/8"X3/8" CHIPPED OFF THE EDGE OF THE BACKING PLATE STRIKING AND EMBEDDING IN THE FRONT-LOWER PORTION OF THE NECK. THE SLIVER WAS SURGICALLY REMOVED.
