Welder was drilling a piece of 2" steel plate. He attempted to clean back drill shaving with he hand. A piece of shaving caught his finger cutting through his glove and into right index finger.
EE was crawling under a piece of equipment to make repairs. Shop fan blew a piece of debris behind his safety glasses into his right eye.
Welder was using a hand grinder to grind out frame cracks. Attempted to adjust grinding wheel guard and wheel caught his glove pulling his left index finger into wheel resulting in a laceration to the left index finger.
