EE WAS HELPING REMOVE THE BELLY PAN ON THE D40D TRUCK. HE THOUGHT HE HAD THE AIR WRENCH IN THE TIGHTEN POSITION AS HE WAS STARTING TO TIGHTEN A BOLT. THE WRENCH WAS IN THE REVERSE POSTION CAUS ING THE BOLT TO BE REMOVED AND LETTING THE BELLY PAN FALL ON HIS RIGHT LEG CAUSING A BRUISE TO THE RIGHT THIGH.
