EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING ORE FROM THE GROUND AND LOADING IT INTO A WHEELBARROW. THE EMPLOYEE RAN THE WHEELBARROW UP A MOUND OF COLLECTED ORE TO DUMP THE LOAD. IN THE PROCESS OF DUMPING, THW WHEEL BARROW TWISTED IN HIS HANDS. WHILE TRYING TO GAIN CONTROL OF THW WHEELBARROW, HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS BACK.
