EMPLOYEE STATED, " I UNLOADED A WHEEL BARREL (LOADED WITH SAND) TIPPED IT FORWARD, IT HIT LOADER BUCKET AND JARRED ME BACKWARDS. I DIDN'T THINK ANYTHING OF IT AT THE TIME BUT THAT NIGHT I FELT NEEDLES AND PINS IN MY BACK. AT WORK NEXT DAY BACK VERY PAINFUL, WENT FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION.
