Trespasser on V.E. Whitehurst & Sons, Inc. property climbed a fence marked No Trespassing on 12/11/16 at an unknown time. While fishing from the ledge they fell into water. They were alone so no one knew what happened. We were approached 12/13/16 by the Levy Co. Sheriff's Dept. They believe person had trespassed and fell in the water. Dive team recovered the body 12/13/16.

THE EE WAS CLEANING OUT 1 KILN, VIA BOBCAT FOR APPROX. 5 HOURS OUT OF HIS 12 HOUR SHIFT. AT THE END OF THE SHIFT HE EXPERIENCED IRRITATION TO BOTH HIS EYES. AFTER RINSING OUT EYES ONE EYE CONT INUED TO BOTHER HIM SO HE WENT TO EYE CLINIC ANDRECEIVED TREATMENT AND A PERSCRIPTION FOR INFLAMATION.
