12-2: Tech reported to supervisor feeling knee pop/pain while squatting to pick up a tray off the floor. 12-3: Tech had knee evaluated & diagnosed w/knee sprain-full duty. 12-10: Day before returning to rotation, follow-up for worsening pain/numbness & requested off-duty until MRI. Lost time began 12-11 pending MRI & follow-up appointments.

Showing all 7Engineer was performing maintenance a on radar unit in the field when they rolled their ankle on a flat surface while stepping backwards. Engineer was initially evaluated and released to full duty. Six months later, the sprain was still bothersome. On 10/23/23 the injury became reportable when they had a repair procedure performed on a tendon.
Employee experienced a personal medical event and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. EE was given a full duty release to return to work.
Employee was simply walking on even ground and dislocated their knee.
Employee was kneeling on equipment step, went to reposition self and in a twisting motion injured lower back. Employee was in considerable pain and had to be taken to medical facility.
Officer returned from patrol and noticed that other officer on duty did not look well. Asked officer questions, but the officer answered in a confused manner. First responders were called, 911 was called, but since 911 had trouble figuring out location first responders drove officer to hospital. First responders said she had a heart attack.
While doing a pre-op inspection on a haul truck dust blew into an employee's eyes. The employee was seen by an optometrist and diagnosed with a small scratch on the surface of his right eye. He received a prescription for an eye drop antibiotic as a precaution.
