Employee was walking in a pit at the mine after servicing a piece of equipment. Service included refilling fluid levels to the equipment. As the employee was walking back to truck employee felt pain in lower back. Employee originally injured employee's back on 10/29/2017. A 7000-1 was filled out for this incident. E Doc # 2493240
