Showing all 2On 2/14/2018 employee reported that on 2/10/2018 employee was operating a skidsteer while packaging mill concentrate and a gust of wind blew the concentrate in left eye. Employee was wearing a half-mask respirator and safety glasses. Employee then switched to a full-face mask and completed shift. Upon return to work, employee eye was red and irritated.
