INJURED EE WAS HELPING MECHANIC REPAIR BROKEN TRACK PIN ON D11 DOZER. HE WAS USING A DIE GRINDER TO CLEAN OUT HOLE IN THE BUSHING WHEN THE WIND BLEW DEBRIS INTO HIS FACE AND RIGHT EYE. AT THAT TIME HE FELT THAT WHATEVER HAD GOOTEN INTO HIS EYE WAS WASHED OUT BY TEARS SINCE IT WAS VERY NEAR THE END OF HIS WORK SHIFT HE WENT HOME. LATER IN THE EVENING THE EYE STARTED BOTHERING HIM
