EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO COAX A DOG WITH FOOD OUT OF COOLING TOWER CELL. THIS WAS NOT AN INSTANTANEOUS EVENT. THE DOG BIT THE END OF HIS FINGER. HE IS NOT LOSING ANY TIME AND IS NOT ON WORK RESTRICTIONS.
