EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT THIS TO EMPLOYER AS A "ON THE JOB INJURY" UNTIL AFTER HE WENT TO THE DOCOTR. WE DO NOT FEEL THIS IS AN ON THE JOB INJURY. HOWEVER, OUR W.C. CARRIER SAID WE SHOULD SEND THEM THE FIRST REPORT AND THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE IT.
