EE was working behind the cab of a 773, reaching into the compartment in a bent postion to trouble shoot air brake system. When he came down from the truck he felt pain in his lower back. (Eq.# 1384)

On 8/18/12 EE stated he came into work with his right leg muscle tight, drove 773 and alleged that the pain got worse. In 8/31/12 EE reported as a "near miss". On 9/7/12 EE sought medical attention and placed off work as a work related injury.

After climbing down from truck #1392, employee began walking towards the lunch room when his back froze up on him. EE believes this is an aggravation to prior injury. EE off of work on 03/03 and 03/04 due to illness. EE submitted medical certificates for being out sick and reported he was out for being sick and not because of injury.
