Due to EE's medical history EMS decided to transport EE to the hospital for assessment. EE was released from the hospital on 11/2, and tested positive for COVID-19 on the subsequent day.

RIGHT FRONT CABLE ON DREDGE HOOKED ON HEAD WIND, BLEW BACK OF DREDGE AND RELEASED, CABLE SNAPPED INTO THE LEFT LOWER LEG, KNOCKED OFF FEET.
