EE WAS TAKEN INTO THE HOSPITAL AND GIVEN PRESCRI PTION LEVEL DOSAGE OF AN OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION. EE WAS SCHEDULED FOR TRAINING THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND DID NOT COME IN COMPLAINING OF PAIN.
