EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING LEACH LINES. AS THE SPRINKLERS WERE RUNNING, GUSTING WIND WOULD BLOW FINE MIST AROUND THE PAD. SOME OF THIS ACID SPRAY GOT INTO HIS LEFT EYE. (HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLA SSES; HE HAS BEEN ISSUED GOGGLES).

W HILE STANDING IN ORGANIC EMUSION EMULSION GOT PANTS SWET & ENTERED RUBBER BOOTS BURNING CALVES & FEET EMULSION CONSISTS OF APPROX 70% KEROSINE 20% DIRT & 10% SULFURIC ACID EMPLOYEE WASHED TW ICE BUT WORE THE SAME BOOTS THE NEXT DAY WHEN BURNS WERE DISCOVERED
