EE WAS MAKING REPAIRS TO THE DREDGE IN THE ENGINE HOUSE. AFTER REMOVING THE BELT PULLY GUARD IT WAS PLACED IN THE ONLY LOCATION AVAILABLE. THIS LOCATION IS ABOUT FOREHEAD HIGH AND EE DID NOT F LAG ITS PROTURDING SECTION. WHILE MAKING REPAIR EE STEPPED INTO THE EDGE OF THE GUARD HITTING HIS FOREHEAD JUST ABOVE THE BRIDGE OF HIS NOSE.
