THE VICTIM AND OTHERS WERE BUILDING A GRAVITY FLOW SCREENING TOWER MOSTLY OF WOOD CONSTRUCTION.HE WAS PREPARING TO NAIL SOME BOARDS IN A CHUTE WHEN HE SLUMPED OVER AND DIED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THE VICTIM HAD BEEN ON THE JOB 15 TO 20 MINUTES WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.DEATH CERTIFICATE LISTED THE CAUSE OF DEATH AS HEART FAILURE.
