EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING UP REAR PACKAGING RAMP WITH A LOAD OF EMPTY PALLETS. A GUS TOF WIND BLEW DUST BETWEEN PACKAGING BLDG. AND SILOS AND SOME OF THE DUST GOT INTO EMPLOYEES RIGHT EYE CAUSING A N IRRITATION. EYE WAS FLUSHED OUT BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISITED. EMPLOYEE WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON 3/21/98 AND WAS GIVEN PRESCRIPTION FOR NEOSPORIN.
