Showing all 3Employee returned to work after his normal 2 days off. About 9:00 pm he first complained of general pain & exhaustion. His team leader told him to rest for a few minutes & consume some water. At 10:30 pm he complained about pain & exhaustion & was told to go home. At 10:45 pm he collapsed & 911 was called. Paramedics transported him to the hospital at 11:05 pm.
EE WAS WORKING ON LOADER BUCKET W/SLIGHT BREEZE AT THE TIME. HE WAS FINISHING THE JOB WHEN HIS LEFT EYE BECAME IRRITATED & STARTED TO ITCH. AFTER HE COMPLETED THE JOB, HIS EYE WAS STILL ITCHIN G AS HE PROCEEDED TO THE EYE WASH STATION TO FLUSH HIS LEFT EYE. HIS EYE CONTINUED TO ITCH THE FOLLOWING DAY, SO WE DECIDED TO SEND HIM TO THE URGENT CAR/EYE DOCTOR.
