AS REPORTED BY EYE WITNESSES WORKER ANGEL A EE WALKED OUT HIS HOME LOCATED IN OPERATION AREA AND AS HE WALKED HE FELT DIZZY AND COMPLAINED OF A HEADACHE. HE WAS ASSISTED BY ONE OF HIS CO WORKE RS THAT WAS WALKING ALONG HIS SIDE THIS CO WORKER OTHER EE TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS KEPT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY THE DAY BEFORE AT ABOUT 730 AM WHEN HE FELT ILL.
