EE WAS CHIPPING BUILD UP FROM FINISH MILL ELEVATOR FLANGE SO HE COULD REPAIR HOLE IN HOUSING. SMALL PARTICLE OF CEMENT BUILD UP GOT INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. EE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES, WELDING H OOD. THE WINDS WERE GUSTING UP TO 40 MILES PER HOUR WHICH MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO ACCIDENT. EE TAKEN TO EYE DR, PRESCRIBED EYE DROPS.
