Employee working from a kneeling position wiping down bearing housing. Employee rising up to reposition himself and experienced sharp pain in back. Employee had been working in a kneeling position for extended period of time over the past several days.
Employee was installing side liners on a cooler. The location of nut and bolt fasteners in some locations placed the employee in awkward positions at times. Employee experienced pain in his neck as a result of doing this job task. Employee was diagnosed with a sprained neck.
