Injured stated he was standing outside the shop area talking to employees when he noticed something felt like it went in his eye. He immediately washed out his eye. However, two (2) days after the event, he sought medical attention where an abrasion was observed and was given a prescription for eye ointment. Note: This incident was not reported to managment until 11/5/2010.

As truck was staged in front of bin waiting to dump, the loader attempting to clear off bin pulled in front of truck to clean bin and backed into the waiting truck. No injury reported - Employee refused medical treatment.
Injured stated he was in process of cutting weeds using a weed eater. While doing so, he encountered some bees and was stung 6 or 7 times. Shortly thereafter, he had difficulty breathing and was taken to he hospital for an apparent allergic reaction.
