We do not know if there is a recordable injury as no information has been provided after several attempts have been made to gather information. Employee was using the porta-john toilet when ee felt discomfort to the lower right outside calf muscle. The employee indicated that ee was bitten by a spider. There was no evidence of any type of insect in the porta-john. There were however spider webs observed in the corners.

A Customer came on site and was waiting to get loaded and started having chest pains pulled over to the office where we believed he was having a heart attack and got him stable and called 911 where E.M.S was sent and took him the Hospital.
