Employee was lifting and turning their leg when it broke. This is the employee that had previously broke their leg at their house in August 2025 and it's the same exact leg. It fractured in the same location of a previously installed screw.
Employee experienced mid to upper back pain,(spasms), while doing service work on a 980K CAT loader. He was kneeling on the cab level platform as he was adding / checking the hydraulic tank level. The pain started when he tried to return to a standing position.
