Mtce Supvr found in office chair breathing & unresponsive by office mate. Safety Mgnr & Miners rep arrived and began check compressions/AED applied as per dispatch(no shock). EMT and fire department arrived and gave NARCAN as per Supvr's wife's direction VIA speaker phone. Narcan woke up Supvr immediately like nothing happened.

A gust of wind blew across the scale moving particles of dust through the grating up into the electricians left eye. The eye was flushed with water several times after the incident. No permanent damage to eye.
Employee was kneeling down several times during the day and felt knee pain as a result of repetitive motion. Employee went to Doctor and was diagnosed with Bursitis of the knee.
