Employee felt chest pains during lunch. Employee was previously greasing the plant and went to lunch just after noon. Employee did not feel any better and was taken to the ER. Employee was evaluated and the next morning, found to have suffered a heart attack. Employee never lost consciousness.

Associate was breaking rocks with a loader bucket. While doing so, he started feeling light headed and nauseated. He was taken to emergency room and was diagnosed with a migraine headache, and given a prescription. He has not missed any work because of this, but has restrictions until 10/12/15.
