Contract employee (Standard Lab) called a mayday on self, was having problems breathing and wasn't feeling well. Employee stated has had congestive heart issues in the past. Mine rescue team responded and contract employee was taken to local hospital for examination. Employee was released from hospital and given instructions that EE could return to work.

Showing all 3Employee walked from a OB drill to pick-up at the end of shift and called a may day due to losing eye sight and being disorientated. Rescue team responded and found the employee in extreme discomfort. Rescue team started assessment and CPR when employee went unconscious. 911 was called and employee was loaded on a gurney and transported to the hospital.
Mechanic broke left middle finger tip when the wind caught the door of a JLG man lift slamming it on the finger tip. Mechanic's hand was placed on the hinge side of the door frame and the mechanic was wearing leather work gloves.
