After employee removed a 90 (pipe) on east surge basin pump. Wasps flew out and stung employee on EE's right hand.

Employee reported the incident on 06/13/2024 to EE's trainer, stating that while EE was training in batch precipitation on 06/12/2024, from 7:00am until 3:00pm after arriving at home later that night EE noticed irritation on EE's right ring finger.
Employee was performing a job task at the filter acid tank on 05/02/24 and did not report injury until 05/04/24. Employee stated that employee's left finger was swollen.
Employee reported during the 5pm shift huddle that they have blisters to their feet(bi-lateral) due to extreme walking during the past week.
5-8-17 EE was walking across top of #2 washer tank, surface deflected. EE stated felt a pain in left knee. Sent to medical, ice applied to knee and OTC anti-inflammatory taken. EE working no restrictions. EE sent for follow ups including x-rays, CT and MRI on 6-16-17 found potential left knee ligament tear. Restricted duty Follow up with Orthopedic.
GSI ee sitting in break room trailer speaking with coworkers. Began to cough, shake and gasping for air became unresponsive fell to floor remained unresponsive. Noranda ERT dispatched to access employee CPR started, outside emergency services notified Acadian Ambulance responded took over CPR. Employee remained unresponsive to CPR. Contract ee deceased.
