8/5/24 employee stated drinking water (5 gal dispenser) tastes funny. Water jug is sent off to a lab for testing. 8/7/24 employee calls in sick to work, lab results for water jug states positive for E.coli. Employee does not want to go to the doctor, finally goes on Friday 8/9/24. Tests revealed neg. for E.Coli so it is unclear if the illness is from the mine site.

Showing all 3Employee was working under the dozer when EE reached into the belly pan and was bit by a rattlesnake on the right wrist. EE was taken to the ER and given anti-venom and released the next morning.
Maint Supervisor noticed the S & H /Env Supervisor face down on the ground next to MCC E5. 911 was called immediately. CPR was administered to the employee until emergency personnel arrived on the scene and took over all lifesaving measures. The employee was transferred to hospital. It was confirmed that the cause of EE's medical event was a heart attack.
