EES WERE WORKING ON THE 7100T CRANE BOOM. IT WAS WINDY. THEY WERE WELDING ON THE CRANE WHEN SLAG BLEW ON HIS HARD HAT AND BURNED THRU. THE SLAG LANDED IN HIS SAFETY GLASSES AND BOTHE EYES WNDE D UP WITH FOB IN RT. AND RUST RING IN LT. EYE.

TWO EES WERE WELDING ON THE 7100T CRANE BOOM. IT WAS A WINDY DAY. THEY WERE WELDING AND BOTH HAD DOUBLE EYE PROTECTION. THE WIND BLEW AND THE EE ENDED UP WITH FOB IN THE LEFT EYE.

EE EXPLAINS THE SWIRLING WINDS BLEW A FOREIGN BODY AROUND. SOMEHOW THE FOREIGN BODY GOT IN AROUND HIS FACESHIELD AND SAFETY GLASSES. MATERIAL IN HIS THAT RUSTED UP. RUST RING HAD TO BE REMOVED AND SCRAPED FROM HIS LEFT EYE.
