Miner was running the skid steer and turned head to look behind and felt a pop in neck.
Miner was installing bolts in the bottom ring of the mud rake tank. He ran out of bolts and went to retrieve more. When he returned he knelt down to continue and felt a pop in his left knee. Doctor found signs of arthritis and is continuing to diagnose.
Worker called in to say he would not be at work. Worker allowed his back was sore and he needed to see a doctor. Worker gave no information as to how his injury had occurred. It was not initially reported as workplace related. Worker has had a prior injury of the same general type. Worker was scheduled to see his doctor on 02/13/08.
