Employee was walking on flat, level ground and left knee began to hurt. Went to lunch and noticed swelling. No slip/trip/fall/bump/twist occurred prior to pain. Seen by Dr. who diagnosed swelling on left knee - gave ice pack, ace wrap, prescription pain med & 3 days light duty. Employee does not believe it is work related.

Employee was carrying tool bag to truck. He noticed itching and swollen red spot on his left hand that appeared to be a bite/sting from an unknown insect. Seen by company doctor for localized swelling of hand. Anti-histamine & anti-inflamitory prescribed.
