I,NAME WAS EXITING THE SERVICE DOOR OF A BUILDING. THE DOOR BEGAN TO CLOSE BY MEANS OF THE HYDRAULIC DEVICE ENSTALLED FOR THIS PURPOSE WHEN A SUDDEN, STRONG GUST OF WIND BLEW THE DOOR OPEN AGA IN. THE DOOR STRUCK HIS LEFT FOOT AND CAUGHT IT BETWEEN THE DOOR AND AN OUTSIDE WALL. I,NAME FELL AND STRAINED HIS LEFT ANKLE AS A RESULT.
