EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING A 60" EXHAUST FAN. AFTER PLACING THE FAN ON THE SHAFT THE WIND CAUGHT THE FAN CAUSING IT TO SPIN. THE EE WAS INJURED WHEN HE GRABBED THE SPINNING FAN BLADE WITH HIS BARE HAND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO STOP ITS MOVEMENT. THE INJURED SUSTAINED A LACERATION ACROSS HIS MIDDLE & RING FINGER OF HIS RIGHT HAND.
