ON THE WAY TO WORK IN THE MORNING, THE WORKER WAS NOT FEELING GOOD. UPON CHECKING EQUIPMENT OUT BEFORE STARTING TO OPERATE EXCAVATOR, HIS PAIN IN CHEST WORSENED AND HE REQUESTED TO BE TAKEN TO DOCTOR. THE FIRST SYMPTOM OF PAIN WAS FELT ON MONDAY JUNE 12, 1989.
