EE WAS WORKING ON GUARD OF BREAKER ON 3-22-94. HE CAME TO WORK ON 3-23-94 AND INFORMED HIS FOREMAN THAT SOMETHING HAD GOTTEN INTO HIS RIGHT EYE ON 3-22-94. AT END OF DAY, 3-23-94, HE WENT TO C LINIC, WHERE THEY REMOVED FOREIGN PARTICLE FROM HIS EYE. HE WAS RELEASED TO RETURN TO WORK WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS.
