WHILE PULLING PIPE CLEANING INJURED WAS BIT BY AN INSECT OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN. AT THE TIME SHE DID NOT FELL ANYTHING BUT LATER ON IN THE SHIFT NOTICED SWELLING AROUND RIGHT ELBOW AREA THIS TIME S HE WAS TOLD BY ME TO GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM TO HAV IT CHECKED OUT.

HE WAS WORKING NEAR THE LIME POND. HE WALKED INTO THE LIME POND AND GOT LIME IN HIS RUBBER BOOTS. HE CONTINUED TO WORK THE REST OF THE DAY WITHOUT RINSING OUT HIS BOOTS OR RINSING OFF HIS FEET .
