EMPL WAS CLEANING THE OUTSIDE MIRROR USING CLEANER/POLISH FROM AN AEROSOL CAN. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SPRAY THE MIRROR, THE NOZZLE WAS POINTED TOWARD EMPLS. FACE & SOME OF THE CLEANER GOT IN EMPLOYEES EYES.

INSPECTING A CAB ON AN 85 TON WABCO FOR STRESS OR CRACKS. THE CAB WAS BEING MOUNTED ON A NEW FRAME, IT WAS VERY WINDY AND EMPLOYEE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL APPROX. TWO TO THREE FEET TO THE GR OUND.
